Job Description:

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Recruitment Supervisor. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our exciting corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day oversight of Flagger Force's Field Recruitment Team. This position leads the Recruitment Team in ensuring targeted recruiting metrics are met and provides new hire orientation support. This position drives best practice recruitment strategies in collaboration with the recruitment manager, recruitment team and other leadership members while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure effective and productive recruitment processes and procedures in accordance with current expectations.
Oversee Flagger Force's Recruitment Team including candidate sourcing, phone interviews, onboarding tasks and new hire orientation support.
Manage direct reports including monthly 1v1's, call audits, coaching and performance reviews.
Create and maintain a positive organizational culture.?
Manage team performance including excellent communication, problem solving and professional phone etiquette for achieving candidate satisfaction.
Optimize use of applicant tracking system to enable best practices, maximize efficiencies, and optimize the candidate experience in the hiring process and onboarding.
Develop, review and report recruiting metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Provide weekly updates on performance and performance metrics to Recruitment Manager including recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates through focused recruitment, selection, and closing activities.
Recommends improvement opportunities for the hiring process to ensure quantity and quality of candidates.
Performs direct recruitment activities on an as needed basis; assists with spikes in hiring needs, conducting interviews and onboarding.
Monitors quality and quantity of applicants to ensure volume levels are maintained to meet hiring needs.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure brand consistency regarding job postings, recruitment advertising and marketing collateral.
Represents the company at various job fairs and conferences.
Assist with various special projects as assigned.
