The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.



We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Developer with 5+ years of experience to support SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) by DigitalRoute, SAP HANA Database, and SAP BASIS operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in databases, including Oracle (PL/SQL) and SAP HANA (SQLScript). The role also requires proficiency in programming languages such as Convergent Mediation APL (like Java/JavaScript), experience with OData services, and large file editors (e.g., UltraEdit) is essential. Candidates should also be familiar with terminal emulators (e.g., PuTTY) and proficient in Microsoft Office.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the integration, configuration, and performance of SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute.


  • Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion, rating, and billing processes to prevent revenue leakage.


  • Collaborate with business users, QA, and SAP BRIM teams to resolve mediation errors and ensure transactional data integrity.


  • Monitor SAP HANA database performance and implement tuning strategies to ensure high availability.


  • Manage backup and restore processes and ensure data consistency across multiple environments.


  • Write and optimize SQL queries to enhance reporting and performance of critical jobs.


  • Monitor and manage system performance.


  • Coordinate with vendors and SAP support to resolve BASIS-related issues and incidents.


  • Collaborate with integration teams to manage data flows between SAP systems, external platforms, and data warehouses.


  • Implement logging and monitoring mechanisms to detect and prevent errors during data processing.


  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.


  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and operational efficiency.





Required Qualifications and Skills



  • Minimum 3+ years of Java/Javascript development experience.


  • Strong understanding of SQL, database concepts, and query optimization.


  • Experience managing SAP HANA database performance, and system health.


  • Knowledge of data flow management between SAP systems and external sources.


  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.


  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.


  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.





Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) processes.


  • Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute.


  • Experience Linux BASH scripting, Python.


  • SAP BASIS knowledge.


  • Knowledge of BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus) for designing and implementing business rules within SAP systems.


  • Familiarity with DigitalRoute APIs and integration with SAP.


  • Knowledge of automation tools and SAP Solution Manager for monitoring.


  • Exposure to ITIL processes and incident management tools.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
