Volt is immediately hiring an Order Processing Representative in Sherwood, OR.
As an Order Processing Representative you will:
Answer customer emails and phone calls, to take customer orders and assist customer questions ( In regards to tracking, returns, address changes ) in a professional and courteous manner.
Applies knowledge of company products/services.
Calculate prices, discounts and proposals to meet specific customer requirements.
Maintains updated organized notes on customers.
Contacts customers in regards to returned orders and exchanges.
Cancels orders based on customer requests or inventory or delivery problems
Calculates purchase subtotals and shipping costs for submission to customers.
Maintain up to date tax exempt certificates for Cruise line customers and shipyards.
Receives and processes payments from customers, using electronic transaction services.
Documents order issues.
Maintains inventory of shipping supplies, such as boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, loose packing materials or tape guns.
Creates, manages or automates orders or invoices using order management software.
Receives, verifies, counts, separates and stocks all products shipments from vendors through UPS or Fed Ex
Conduct inventory counts
This is a full time opportunity
Work Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $24-$25hr
