Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $53,500.00 - $63,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)



About This Job



The main purpose of this job is to serve as a business and systems liaison/consultant with internal business lines and vendors to develop and implement technical solutions to business needs. Develop a detailed understanding of the Core Banking Application and how it interacts with all other Commerce Bank systems.



Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm



Essential Functions



  • Support moderately complex functionality within the Core Banking Application with limited impact to external systems


  • Provide support, consultation, and recommendations to clients in solving technical challenges that require the Core Banking Application


  • Assess changes to current workflow structures and determine impact of these changes


  • Identify and communicate issues during testing and drive resolutions


  • Consult with lines of business to assist in the creation or update of business procedures for business practices that utilize the Core Banking Application


  • Train employees on Core Banking Application functionality and new/updated work processes


  • Actively work to take on new and more challenging tasks and projects for personal and department growth


  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Intermediate knowledge of technical systems and impacted business processes


  • Ability to be proactive and ask questions, offer solutions, and retain and apply information to future situations


  • Proven ability to complete higher complexity processes


  • Ability to work on special projects and assignments independently or as a group


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent customer service skills


  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Moderate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook





Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • 3+ years experience in banking or payment systems required




**Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week
