Job Description:

Schneider Electric is hiring for a Customer Care Advocate in Columbia, MO. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and enhance our customer experience. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support and service they deserve.

What Will You Do?


  • Act as a Customer Service Advocate to ensure KPIs are met daily and provide support as the first point of escalation for our customers.

  • Drive the correct issue resolution process and ensure proper escalation to upper management as needed.

  • Manage customer information in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Identify opportunities to serve customers while addressing their support requests.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.

  • Maintain and develop skills related to new product technologies and applications, proactively proposing solutions to enhance daily tasks.

  • Promote and demonstrate digital tools to customers to improve their experience.

  • Fully complete and accurately categorize case details in the system (using BFO).

  • Lead and support customer visits when required to ensure the best onsite experience.


Who will you report to? Supply Chain Planning Manager.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


  • Proven experience in customer service or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies.

  • A proactive approach to customer service and a passion for improving customer experience.
