Description: Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Manager III
Core Responsibility:
Spearheading the creation and execution of compelling product experiences within our physical retail stores. This involves crafting a seamless and impactful customer journey from the moment they enter the store to the point of purchase and beyond.
Key Collaborations:
Partnering closely with a cross-functional team, including:
Art Directors: To ensure visual aesthetics and branding alignment.
Designers: To develop captivating and functional store layouts and displays.
Copywriters: To craft persuasive and informative product descriptions and messaging.
Producers: To manage the logistical aspects of experience implementation.
Store Operations Teams: To facilitate smooth rollout and ongoing maintenance of the experiences.
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
Developing detailed planograms that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and visual merchandising.
Providing clear guidance and direction to retail store teams, including training on new experiences and troubleshooting any issues.
Conducting regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of the experiences and gather customer feedback.
Staying abreast of emerging trends in retail design and technology to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Analyzing sales data and customer insights to measure the impact of the experiences and identify areas for improvement.
Skill/Experience/Education:
Strong understanding of retail design principles and best practices.
Proven ability to create engaging and immersive customer experiences.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in planogram software and other relevant design tools.
Passion for creating exceptional retail experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.
5-7 years experience in a similar role.
