SUMMARY: The Digital Communications Specialist creates and manages multi-channel content supporting communications and marketing channels across Stride. Responsibilities include managing web updates, developing social media content, and overseeing the podcast. Additionally, the role will manage digital projects for the communications team including video production, and online brand reputation.

  • Create Compelling Multi-Channel Content Research, write, design, and edit content for multiple channels and platforms, including social media, websites, podcasts, and videos. Ensure that all videos, photos, graphics, and copy are compelling and align with the brand's identity


  • Manage Social Media Content and Engagement: Oversee content and engagement on corporate social media platforms.


  • Publish and Schedule Content: Publish, post, and schedule error-free content across multiple platforms, including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.


  • Manage Website Updates: Oversee website updates for the Stride Learning media room and blog using WordPress and other CMS platforms, ensuring that all information is current and accurately reflects the brand.


  • Oversee Podcast Strategy and Production: Manage the podcast strategy and production company, ensuring that high-quality, engaging audio content is produced to reach target listeners.


  • Video Production: Work with internal and external production teams to develop compelling video content to support public relations efforts.


  • Manage Brand Reputation: Monitor and manage the brand's reputation across digital channels, overseeing a cross-functional strategy to respond and increase online reputation.


  • Measure Digital Campaign Performance: Analyze digital campaign performance, track all results, and work with Martec on PR attribution to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on social and digital marketing industry trends and adapt the organization's platforms accordingly to maintain relevance and competitiveness.




Supervisory Responsibilities:



This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.



MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
:



  • 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role



  • Ability to travel 20% of the time

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
:




  • Strong Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to create compelling videos, photos, graphics, and copy that engage target audiences across multiple channels.


  • Technical Proficiency: Experience managing website updates across multiple brands using WordPress and other CMS platforms. Proficiency in graphic design using platforms such as Canva to create various assets.


  • Production Experience:Proficient in podcast and video production, with a track record of managing production teams to create compelling audio and video content.


  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality output.


  • Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing content and engagement on corporate social media platforms, using analytics to track success and inform strategies. Experience in social media management platforms including Sprout Social.


  • Strategic Planning: Experience building and executing results-driven digital content strategies that align with organizational goals.


  • Attention to Detail: Ability to publish, post, and schedule error-free content daily across multiple platforms, adhering to a consistent posting schedule.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messages and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.


We anticipate the salary range to be $50,234.25to $91,069.20. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
