Ultimate Staffing is seeking outstanding and experienced Call Center Representatives!
The main function of this Call Center Representative is to take high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls in a collections environment.
Schedule Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday, 8am-1pm
Hourly rate: $17.00
The ideal candidate profile as follows:
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Excellent phone etiquette with ability to be tactful
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Call center experience preferred
Collection experience preferred
Bilingual Collectors are preferred but not required
