RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Azure Solutions Architect in Washington, DC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Azure Solutions Architect will architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Microsoft Azure


• Implementation: Oversee the deployment of Azure services and ensure they meet business requirements


• DevOps Integration: Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery


• Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, or PowerShell


• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place


• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices


• Security Compliance: As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance policies


• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for architecture designs, processes, and procedures


• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Azure features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
