What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will work with Proposal Team to ensure alignment on schedule

  • Ensures accuracy and proper identification of interdependence of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction tasks and durations in agreement with the proposal

  • In addition you will work with the Project Team to ensure alignment on schedule

  • Ensure accuracy and proper identification of interdependence of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction tasks and durations in agreement with the execution strategy

  • Work with and utilizes PCEs for to perform schedule development and management

  • You will also work with cross-functional, Project Teams to implement AWP work processes to designated LEA projects

  • Consult with cross-functional Project Team members to identify schedule conflicts and develop strategies for cost and schedule improvement

  • Direct Project Team members in generating/updates of department deliverables

  • You will develop and maintains key stake holder relationships (Operations, Project Management, etc.)

  • Support corporate capacity planning

  • Assist in development of project control strategies, procedures, and tools

  • Support LE policies, ensure compliance and verify appropriate work instructions are created and/or modified for ISO Quality requirements

  • Assist in hiring, training and developing staff effectively

  • Finally you will facilitate regular meetings to provide information related to ensuring technical standardization of deliverables


What makes you great


  • You will have a BS/BA in Engineering, Construction or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • You will have a minimum four (4) years' experience supervising the project control, scheduling, cost forecasting, or project management function for an engineering, construction, or industrial company

  • Hands-on experience in project control in an EPC Oil and Gas environment preferred

  • In addition you will have advance understanding of industry standards/ best practices for Scheduling, AWP, EVM, Change Mgt. (Estimating), and Risk Mgt

  • Advance knowledge of the tools implemented in the industry. Advanced knowledge of how the department needs to keep project deliverables consistent in the industry

  • Finally you will have effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, Lotus Notes, and other Company and discipline specific software applications, e.g. Primavera P6
