Job Description:

Join us as Business Partner in our IT department, where you will develop strategic relationships within the Oncology Business Unit (OBU), primarily focusing on the US market. You will identify ways for IT to partner with them in achieving and exceeding business objectives. This role combines your previous experience and in-depth understanding of the business area direction and IT expertise to drive the creation of innovative technology solutions.


**Accountabilities:**


As Business Partner, you will devise strategies and work with Multi-functional IT, Business Teams to ensure a user-friendly, innovative experience for different User Persona's visiting AZ website and other digital assets of Oncology Business Unit. You will support Brand Teams in launching new Digital assets and refresh existing assets in growing outreach, Customer engagement & education. You will also coordinate the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of websites, content management platforms, and other digital assets in collaboration with Brand & Omni Channel Marketing leads.


**Essential Skills/Experience:**


- Bachelor's Degree


- At minimum 7 years of applicable work experience


- Experience in collecting and using customer data to optimize user experience


- Current knowledge of web technologies, such as Drupal, HTML, adaptable design, content management systems, and content feeds


- Paid media, Owned Media & 3rd Party Data Integration


- Good understanding of CMS platforms.


- MS Office skills


- SEO and content optimization expertise


- Comprehensive knowledge of the content development cycle


- Strong verbal and written communication skills


- Strong influencing, networking and team working skills


- High level awareness of developments in the Information Technology marketplace


- Demonstrate positive relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives


- Proficiency in planning, organizational change and problem solving and able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature


- Ability to relate and respond to business needs in an IT environment


- Ability to lead negotiations, expectations, and solutions across complex groups


- Expertise in data management, analytics, and visualization tools and technologies


- Experience delivering data-related projects in support of commercial pharma planning, execution, and analysis


- Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements


- Ability to lead multi-functional teams and run complex, data-focused projects from inception to delivery


**Desireable Skills/Experience:**


-Master's Degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, web development or a similar field or equivalent experience
