Position Overview

The Information Governance Sr. Resource Partner will provide operational support. Will be responsible for a wide variety of resource management, procurement, project billing, proofreading, editing internal/client facing documents and presentations.  Will work closely with all members of the IG team to support their needs across all global locations. 

Responsibilities


  • Work with the coordination of onboarding of new hires within IG.  Can include: assisting with equipment requests, setting up access and coordinate introductions to new team members.

  • Schedule internal team meetings by department and across entire IG group.

  • Manage changes to group distribution lists. Assist in monitoring IG distribution lists.

  • Track action items from requested internal meetings along with follow-ups to completion.

  • Assist with coordination of group functions.

  • Work with Procurement/IT to coordinate all IG software/hardware requests.

  • Work with Finance on projects/placements with split cost centers and multiple internal allocations.

  • Provide historical information to be used in budget forecasting.

  • Manage IG subcontractor/1099 billing and payments.  This includes reviewing invoices with project managers.

  • Resolve issues. Missing documentation and required expense receipt submissions for subcontractor/1009 talent.

  • Complete and track subcontractor/1099 and vendor vetting forms.

  • Coordinate and/or assist with team/client meetings logistics (hotel/meeting rooms, food, etc.) as needed.

  • Assist with the creation of handbooks supporting internal processes within IG.

Work Hours and Location


  • This position is full-time.  Hours of work will be Monday through Friday during the normal business hours of 8am-5pm in the time zone the individual is hired in.

  • Work hours may be adjusted to speak to international offices in different time zones as required in the performance of job duties. 

Professional Skills and Requirements:


  • Requires strong multi-tasking, organizational, writing, briefing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Attention to detail and prioritizing tasks is crucial. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and effectively manage time to meet strict deadlines and time constraints.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Good negotiating skills and the ability to maintain relationships.  Ability to tolerate conflicts and unclear situations.

  • Good skills in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Some experience and knowledge of SAP, Salesforce is preferred.

  • Proven ability to productively work in a remote/home-office business environment.
