This role presents a unique opportunity to drive the future of HCM integrations, focusing on optimizing and automating HR workflows for our clients through our digital solutions. The role will specifically support the KFOne Platform, the backbone of Korn Ferry's digital products, in advancing integrations that streamline Human Capital Management systems and processes.

Lead the transformation of HCM integrations across our digital platform, delivering seamless connectivity between critical HR systems like HRIS, ATS, LMS, and more. This role is central to enabling smoother operations for our clients through integration and automation services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and challenges related to HCM system integration, optimizing core HR functions such as talent management, assessment, and workforce management.

  • Develop and execute a product strategy to centralize and streamline HCM integrations, driving automation and process efficiencies across platforms.

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow between HR systems and other business applications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making through enhanced system integrations and workflow automation.

  • Work closely with KF Digital solution areas such as product management, engineering, design, and architecture teams to prioritize integration features and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings in the HCM space to inform integration strategies and product roadmaps.

  • Communicate the value proposition of HCM integration and automation solutions to both internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years product management experience across product lifecycle (ideation to launch)

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SaaS, specifically working with HCM integrations (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and workflow automation.

  • In-depth understanding of HR technologies and processes (talent management, talent assessment, core HR, workforce management).

A strong work ethic and the ability to efficiently execute HCM integration projects are essential. Expertise in HCM integration, workflow automation, and orchestration tools is key, with a proven track record of optimizing HR operations through system connectivity. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital for driving cross-functional collaboration in complex HCM environments.

EDUCATION

  • BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, or data science.
