In a clinical setting performs administrative and supervisory duties that require considerable knowledge and judgment regarding procedures and policies. Provides direction to support staff. Requires experience.



Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills


• Ability to provide support, direction and development to staff


• Effective analytical skills


• Ability to make decisions quickly and independently


• Knowledge of financial analysis such as cost-benefit ratios, financial forecasting, and business plan development etc.


• Knowledge of computerized software programs, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and registration software.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.


• Patient Services Manager should have minimum of 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience.


• Bachelor's Degree, business or related field; extensive and appropriate internal experience may be considered in lieu of degree
