Position Title Financial Strategic Planning Program Manager

Job Summary The Financial Strategic Planning Program Manager reports to the Sr Director of Strategic Financial & Capital Management and ensures the execution of all financial and capital management initiatives. This role will assist in completing deliverables, building project and work plans, developing executive presentations and completing various assignments within tight deadlines. The Program Manager will manage the Strategic Planning Program to effectively produce procedures, processes, reports, presentations and other related work products in support of the Strategic Planning Program.
The role serves as a liaison for Finance between Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Remediation. Responsible for the coordination and support of internal audit and regulatory exams within the group by organizing, tracking and reporting on status through completion of each project. Will perform as project manager for various projects by applying a comprehensive knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements in the areas of Strategic Planning, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Capital Planning.
Pay Range: $99,731.70 - $132,144.50 - $164,557.30

Job Responsibilities:
Produce controls, procedures, processes, reports, presentations and other related work products in support of the Strategic Planning Program.
Develops and manages Strategic Financial and Capital Management projects and plans.
Organizes, develops, and tracks overall assignments and deliverables.
Delivers complex technical and business materials in several risk categories including (but not limited to) Capital and CRE Concentration stress testing.
Interacts with other departments to obtain information and data, especially working with Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs.
Develops reports detailing analytical methods, findings and actions items.
Prepares and may conduct and/or lead presentations to various levels of management.
Remains current on regulations, procedures and practices pertinent to financial and capital management.
Recommends process improvements to enhance data collection and improve reporting for controls and procedures.
Leads and participates in the development and implementation of business policies, processes and procedures.
Oversees the development and maintenance of project plan documentation, including project task plans, issues logs, communication plans, risk matrices, status reports and scope change requests.
Continually communicates the status of projects to the Sr Director and, when appropriate, senior management.
May research the availability and feasibility of vendor products when appropriate for assigned projects; provides written recommendation of most feasible solution based upon research performed.
May make recommendations for purchases as well as cost containment relative to the management of projects.
Enhances knowledge and skills by attending workshops, reviewing publications and training materials, establishing professional networks, and participating in professional societies.

Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business or finance.
Minimum experience required: 5+ Years in Risk Management, Banking or Finance or as a professional in a relevant line of business at a financial institution.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager relative to the banking or financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) in business or finance.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Job Competencies:

Broad knowledge of and the ability to write and apply business analysis concepts, practices and procedures related to assigned area.
