A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Data Administrator position assists in all aspects of the LDAR program. The Database Administrator position will involve database processing, leak tracking, quality control, reporting, data requests, and client assistance. The Database Administrator position will act as a support position for the Field Project Manager and Client Project manager and Monitoring Technicians. The following list of duties are Responsibilities of the Database Administrator.
Upload and download handhelds, if applicable
Develop and build monitoring routes in Database
Enter Calibration Data into Database
Insert repair information into Database
Process changes to the inventory at required frequency
Process and generate reports requested by client
Report all leaks to maintenance
Check email for repair communication hourly
Report repair communication to project manager
Perform qaqc on calibration data daily
Perform qaqc on inspection data daily
Perform qaqc on inventory changes data daily
Perform qaqc on repair data daily
Participate in and lead training for career development, safety and maintaining required certifications
Perform any other duties assigned by client or project manager(s)

Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge in Quality
Advanced knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools
Intermediate knowledge in Federal, State and local LDAR regulations is beneficial
Years of Experience
2+ years of Quality and/or Reporting experience preferred
Systems
Experience with Workday is beneficial
Intermediate knowledge with LDAR database software programs is beneficial
Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel) required
Licensures/Training Requirements
Valid Driver's License is required
Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is beneficial
State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is beneficial
Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is beneficial
Man lift Certified is beneficial
First Aid and CPR Certified is beneficial
Safety/Drug Screening
Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening
Must be able to successfully pass a urine and alcohol test
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
Strong analytical skills
Able to work independently, managing multiple project deadlines (i.e., self-starter, self-motivated)
