JOB DESCRIPTION

ESIS ProClaim is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who brings ideas and solutions to the team and who demonstrates a willingness to listen, learn and be flexible.

This position is unique with different disciplines:

• Claim handling
• Operations assistance
• Assigning Investigations
• Coordinating trial and mediation attendance
• Reports and data integrity
• Client interaction
• Understanding Medicare and Section 111 reporting

This position within our operations group is fast paced. Below is a sample of the duties expected:

• Receiving and assigning investigations
• Creating and producing client related reports in GRA
• Managing multiple projects at once
• Working directly with claims professionals
• Handling administrative clients independently including receiving new files, issuing payments, closing files
• Special requests or projects from claims team
• Reviewing data and reports for errors
• Correcting errors within our various systems
• Additional operational duties are required and vary by client
