Job Summary: The ISC manager at Becton Dickinson (BD) will be responsible for supporting the organization's integrated supply chain cybersecurity program. This role involves cross functional coordination of cybersecurity deliverables, act as day-to-day point of contact for functional stakeholders and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ISC manager will work closely with IT, R&D, and cybersecurity teams to design and implement cybersecurity controls and processes across all ISC systems.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the ISC information systems and data.
Help coordinate regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.
Collaborate with IT, ISC and R&D teams to ensure the implementation of appropriate security controls and measures.
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to proactively mitigate risks.
Help coordinate the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
Coordinate the deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs with C&DR training lead to educate employees on best practices.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Facilitate the development and maintenance of incident response plans and coordinate with relevant stakeholders during security incidents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of Cybersecurity or related experience
3 + years experience in Integrated Supply Chain Management
Strong foundation in cybersecurity.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with OT cybersecurity and network monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., Tenable, Clarity, Palo Alto).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, etc.
