How You Will Make an Impact

The Material Cycle Counter will confirm physical inventory counts match inventory records. This role will perform a daily count and monitor product inventories. This role will record adjustments of specific products.

The Nuts and Bolts

• Adhere to all safety procedures, processes, and PPE usage
• Maintain 5S of work area
• Maintain all quality specifications of work task
• Scan receipts, issues to lines, returns and bar code locations
• Verify the count of quantities, descriptions of products and materials received, shipped or moved throughout the facility
• Perform regular inventory and cycle counts
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Follow up on all min/max violations reported
• Adjust inventory records after verification
• Assist Materials Supervisor and Manager and maintain PFEP
• Lead/Train teams for annual physical inventory
• Perform other assignments as required

Required Credentials

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime and varied shift assignments as required
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours
• Basic math and computer skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to read a tape measure
