RS&H is currently seeking an experienced Transportation Development Engineer to join our team in either Jacksonville (Preferred), Orlando, or Tampa.
This position primarily involves working on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) studies. This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. As part of the infrastructure consulting team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by leading research and data collection efforts; writing reports for projects ranging in size from small interchanges to new expressways; reviewing junior staff's work for technical accuracy and providing technical guidance to other professionals and technicians; serving as a deputy project manager on small PD&E Studies, a task leader on larger more complex assignments, developing client presentation materials, attending client meetings, and delivery of client presentations; and assisting with project pursuits.
