About Blake 10 NICU Patients
The 21-bed level 4 NICU provides in house emergency nursing service to both full term and premature infants born at the MGH Vincent Obstetrical Service as well as emergency transport in service for infants born at Partners Wide nurseries and the New England Region.
RN's provide proficient, compassionate nursing care for patients through Patient Care Team approach.
RN's ensure that care is safe, efficient, effective, timely and meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient.
Competencies preferred include blood transfusion, IV admixtures, IV insertion, ECMO & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (AHA). Will train for those that do not have these competencies.

Qualifications
BSN is strongly preferred.
Current licensure as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
Minimum 1-2-years NICU RN experience preferred, surgical experience preferred. SCN/LII experience considered; Critical Care experience considered
Position requirements
36-hours per week, day/night rotation including weekends and holidays.
