Your new role
As the Financial Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
Managing all outside financial statements, capital calls, and interest calculations.
Work to help prepare financial analysis and reporting for executives.
Help support the overall portfolio valuation process.
Assist audit and tax in the year end reporting.
Support liquidity management functions
Manage the expense process.
Manage performance measurements including IRRs and investments.
Review partnership agreements and other legal documents =.
Assist with the overall investor onboarding process.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
CPA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in private equity/credit experience.
Loan experience including working with credit funds preferred.
Ability to analyze investment and fund legal documents.
Proven knowledge of partnership accounting and GAAP.
