Key Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety
Supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Provide regular progress reports
Requirements:
10+ years in heavy civil construction
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
Bachelor's degree in Civil Construction or Engineering preferred
