JOB DUTIES: Review and analyze business requirements and develop solutions using JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1) toolset. Troubleshoot production issues encountered by business users in JDE E1 applications. Ensure availability and performance of the business applications associated with the Account Receivable Financial System by quickly resolving any issues causing downtime. Create new Business Services (BSSV -Provider and Consumer) to connect the JDE E1 system with external systems and web services. Debug and maintain existing BSSVs. Write Consumer Business Services based on REST protocol in Oracle JDEdwards to consume Cybersource APIs for use in revamped Credit Card Payment Portal. Maintain and enhance JDE E1 report outputs by using document formatting and rendering tool DocOrigin® .Use proficiency in DocOrigin® to fulfill formatting requirements that arise out of changing business processes, state and federal laws, addition of new customers and other business requirements. Support the packing slip function of warehousing by monitoring and resolving a spectrum of packing slip server alerts. Use knowledge of Oracle JDEdwards Technical tools to resolve any issues that can impede Warehouse operations. Translate business requirements into technical specification documents and ensure that final deliverables are in line with JDE E1 best practices. Ensure quality of deliverables through code reviews, extensive unit and functional testing as well as user acceptance testing. Prepare and facilitate periodic technology and application reviews of major systems, working with business department and IT staff, vendors and consultants as required. 100% Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the United States.



REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and Ten (10) years in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and Eight (8) years in the job offered or a related occupation in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree in and Ten (10) years of experience.


Experience must include Eight (8) years in the following skills:

• Agile Scrum Framework;


• Report formatting tool for Enterprise Resource Planning;


• Oracle JD Edwards Accounts Receivable processes;


• Elastic Data Interchange (EDI), and JD Edwards developer and DocOrgin developer with a financial background.

OFFERED WAGE: $139,464 - $226,800/year
