Job Summary
The Associate Group Director works to provide personalized banking solutions to clients in the Private Banking Group.

Pay Range: $35,568.00 - $66,534.00 - $97,500.00

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Include:

Develops prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and other sources.

Generates new business to assist in meeting bank profitability goals including business plan growth, income objectives, controlling expense to maintain profitability.

Contacts prospective customers to present information on all available bank services.

Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate financial products and services.

Works with mortgage vendor in processing mortgages & home equity loans, coordinates timely closing/funding new loans, renews existing loans, visits sites, assists with loan documentation.

Reviews business trends, advises clients regarding expected fluctuations, ascertains financial needs and prepares customized proposals best suited to client's needs.

Conducts site visitations, and assists with updates to loan files.

Opens and services accounts in accordance with policies, ensures compliance with bank secrecy act, and other regulatory functions.

May assist the Group Director in all daily operations and covers in their absence.May provide management to junior staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 5 years' related work experience in a financial institution required.

Must have prior sales experience.

In depth knowledge of financial service products and commercial loans.

Strong interpersonal, client service, and communication skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

Please note the anticipated pay range for this role will fall between $90,000-$115,000 depending on experience and location.
