JAGGAER is looking for a Program Manager, Professional Services Americas to join the team reporting to the Director, Professional Services:

This role will drive implementation and adoption for and of the JAGGAER Pay product. The individual chosen will be accountable for developing and documenting processes to deliver the solution, provide consultative guidance to internal and external clients on benefit and management of the solution and work to institute methods of ensuring adoption and value.

Principal Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with product management to operationalize the brand new JAGGAER Pay product, driving growth in 2024.

  • Develop and optimize the methodology for providing white-glove service through the implementation and ramp-up phases to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Work with the broader Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams and coordinate projects with implementation and payment processing partners to address and resolve client issues.

  • Plan and manage multiple, concurrent projects spanning from time of sale to product adoption.

  • Develop reports to analyse data to monitor usage and project revenue.

  • Collaborate with the Sales teams to support sales cycles and provide an implementation funnel and forecast.

  • Provide consultation, training, and solution configuration support during projects to ensure a seamless payments implementation optimized around the customer’s unique payment strategy.

  • Build and oversee teams responsible for providing JAGGAER Pay services to customers.

  • Develop staff, participate in goal setting, assessments, and performance evaluations for teams.

  • Act as project sponsor; develop strong relationships with customer peers to drive adoption and expansion of JAGAER Pay.

  • Optimize Professional Services methodology, create or contribute to better internal business processes to gain efficiency and use technology tools to track and report against.

  • Identify potential issues/problems regarding customers, document those problems, and devise and document solutions.

  • Responsible for ensuring overall budgets, schedules and performance standards are attained for teams.

  • Review key project deliverables and participate in key project milestone meetings.

  • Ensure client projects are delivered in a manner which meets or exceeds client expectations.

  • Participate in critical day-to-day operational issues, remove, and resolve barriers for the client, teams and resolve complex issues.

  • Travel, as necessary, to support projects, trade shows, product seminars and user groups as needed.

Position Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:


  • 5+ years of business experience with large, complex software projects and 3+ years of people management skills including leadership development and consulting ability to delegate.

  • 2-5+ years B2B experience with focus in payments, fintech products, accounting, finance, treasury, AP automation or procurement; Software-as-a Service (SaaS) or hosted software implementation experience preferred.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire the Professional Services teams to deliver with high quality and professionalism to clients.

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present information, status and issues in a clear and concise manner with the goal of driving to a decision.

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and leadership skills to effectively influence, meet project requirements, and quickly handle client issues.

  • Possess strong project management, familiarity with agile processes, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Establish collaborative relationships and work extensively with remote teams, clients, cross-functional teams and third parties.

  • Demonstrate understanding of milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.

  • Exhibit ability to represent Professional Services to external audiences through various sales and marketing activities.

  • Display proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word, as well as other typical business productivity tools.

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.


MEASURES OF SUCCESS :

  • Average customer time to full adoption of JAGGAER Pay decreases by defined percentage by the end of 2024 with a broad base of excited customers willing to serve as references.

  • Customers consider you a trusted advisor with payments product expertise, industry knowledge, and business acumen.

  • JAGGAER stakeholders reliably project and achieve revenue targets based on active project and implementation pipelines.
