Job Description:



The primary responsibility of Housekeeping involves the upkeep of each apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. Housekeeping will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.


  • Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily prior to 9 a.m.

  • Cleans and maintains models daily.

  • Keep all vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager or Assistant Manager.

  • Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.

  • Cleans and maintains laundry facilities daily by 10:00 a.m.

  • Performs additional duties requested by the Property Manager or Assistant Manager.

  • Informs management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.

  • Clean facilities or sites.

  • Inventory materials or equipment.

  • Move materials, equipment, or supplies.

  • Clean equipment or supplies.

  • Dispose of trash or waste materials.

  • Sort materials or products.

  • Maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.

  • Schedule repair, installation or maintenance activities.

  • Remove debris from work sites.

  • Public Safety and Security Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective security.
