The Call Quality Assurance Specialist aims to identify common issues, improve customer experience, and help standardize communication processes between our employees and our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify calls to be reviewed using RingCentral platform.


• Report utilizing reports on dispositions, call durations, and other metrics.


• Utilize sentiment analysis.


• Inspect Salesforce records to ensure the proper updates were made on the customer record and align with what occurred on the call.


• Document each call reviewed by filling out a Microsoft form rating the call and providing detailed notes and feedback when needed.


• Compile call review data and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses.


• Communication with the team and cross departmentally to problem solve.


• Ensure compliance to Trinity standards and help develop and enforce standards as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)


• Detail-oriented and extremely organized to meet quotas


• Experience in a contact center or customer service space is preferred


• Service-minded with a longing to create continuous improvements


• Proven analytical skills


• Hands-on experience in quality assurance or similar area that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities


• Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
