The Technical Business Analyst will understand the SDLC process and create a matrix which ensures that BT follows to create an environment conducive for the Business to perform in their respective functions optimally.

• Job Category: Entry to senior level positions available.


• Work locations: In office, remote, hybrid schedules available.


• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience and education.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to clients.


• Ability to write technical requirements for designated projects.


• Perseveres to complete tasks within the estimated time.


• Ability to work on multiple projects and able to work in a volatile environment.


• Analyze the problems breaking it into parts and arrives at the solution.


• Analyze critical problems and able to understand the integrations with other applications.


• Display a sense of ownership and pride in your work, performance, and its impact on the companys success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in STEM subjects.


• Prior Experience in a Technical Business Role for 7-9 years.


• Write Technical Requirements for Projects.


• Able to read and write code if necessary


• Shares the enthusiasm to work in a team environment.


• Must understand Agile Project Management Methodologies and Database Concepts


• Have an attitude to learn new Technology and keep at it.


• Do not be afraid to learn and ask for help and likes to take initiative and responsibility.


• Ability to assess impact and risk.


• Help Team members to learn and work cross functionally.


• Liaison between multiple stakeholders
