The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Dept.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides information and assistance with internal and external inquiries, including setting appointments and maintaining calendars.




• Initiate offer letters for approval.

• Maintain office records, databases and files.




• Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases.




• Receive invoices and approve for accuracy.




• Prepare accurate and detailed reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years' experience providing administrative support.




• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.




• Highly Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.




• Strong verbal and written communication skills.




• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.

• High degree of attention to detail.




• Data entry experience.




• Time Management skills.
