Must be a Registered Nurse. One year of psychiatric experience recommended.

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record is required.
Ability to drive for work purposes including to client homes and to job site.
Must be able to adjust to job requirements.
Ability to implement agency policies and programming including but not limited to the following, Medication adherence, Medication administration, Medication reconciliation.
Must be eligible for PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance, FBI clearance.
Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agencys Core Values.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Collaborate with other service providers to ensure seamless transition of care from higher levels of care to the Psychiatric Mobile Medication program and at discharge from PMM.
Collaborate with prescribers to obtain written scripts for individuals in the Psychiatric Mobile Medication program.
Communicate any medication related side effects, refills and/or compliance issues with the Prescribing physician.
Administer LAI injections for consumers with an active prescription in the Psychiatric Mobile Medication program.
Collaborate to ensure any necessary lab work is obtained prior to the distribution or administration of medications.
Collaborate with the pharmacy to obtain medications.
Store and account for all medications in Glade Runs possession.
Coordinate the delivery of medications to enrolled consumers.
Educate consumers and staff members on the medications, side effects and target symptoms.
Secure authorization for services.
Ensure required documentation is completed per standards in the Electronic Medication Record.
Ensure medication reconciliation occurs for any medications handled by Glade Run Lutheran Services.
May be required to perform services in clients homes after required training and orientation is met.
