JOB PURPOSE


We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team to oversee our managed network and digital signage products. This role will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to obsolescence, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our broader product and service portfolio.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for our managed network and digital signage products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals and objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure our products remain competitive in the marketplace.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support for our customers.

  • Collaborate with our technology partners to evaluate and vet new technologies that fit well with our broader product and service portfolio.

  • Define product requirements and work with the engineering team to ensure product development meets our customer needs and expectations.

  • Monitor and report on product performance, including revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.

  • Develop pricing strategies and models that align with our business goals and ensure our products remain competitive in the marketplace.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the managed network or digital signage industry.

  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, digital signage systems, and related hardware and software products.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that meet customer needs and align with business goals.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
