Job Description:

Put your Galileo knowledge to use in this exciting Scripting role!As a member of our Technology team, you'll have an impact from day one!

Position can be located in one of our offices or virtual.

RESPONSIBILITIES (some of the cool stuff you'll get to do):

• Designs, develops and enhances scripts used for reservations.


• Provides technical support for scripts.


• Responsible for automation of TI reservation process and elimination of manual entries.


• Maintains and updates TI File Finisher infrastructure that includes TI Fulfillment and TI Autoticketing.


• Analyzes and interprets agent scripting needs.


• Installs and maintains scripts for all offices and virtual locations.


• Analyzes and interprets online booking processes.


• Assists with training agents on the use of scripts.


• Integrates scripts into TI technology platforms.


• Serves as operations liaison for the technology department.


• Adheres to data and physical security policies.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (what you'll bring):

• College or technical training a plus.


• 2 - 5 years travel industry experience required.


• Strong knowledge of Galileo.


• Detail and deadline oriented.


• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong PC experience/knowledge required


• Prior experience with programming/scripting is a plus.


• Ability to apply Computational Thinking (breaking a problem into simple steps in order to create a computer program) to industry processes and procedures is essential.
