Job Description
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems as directed by the needs of the guests and employees.
Perform the Daily Shift Engineer's check list daily and report any abnormalities.
Troubleshoot and repair most mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related systems.
Qualifications
A minimum 2years of progressiveexperience in a hotel or related building environment.
Building engineering/maintenance experience.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience.
Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship
