Job Summary: 

Compass Point Federal (Compass Point) is hiring Senior System Engineer with experience and expertise in 5G programs.   This position supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Emerging Technology (EM) Directorate to investigate and operationalize new technologies to meet the Agencies mission. Selected employees can work out of Fort Meade, MD, San Antonio, TX, Columbus, OH, Hills AFB, UT, Mechanicsburg, PA OR St. Louis, MO location. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 5G policies and procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, integration, and implementation of networking solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Review and analyze complex task statements, standards, specifications and other documentation to determine/document/derive functional and component level engineering and architecture.

  
  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 
  

  ​​​​​An Active Top Secret (TS) is required for consideration.

  
  


• 
  

  8-10 years of experience as a System Engineer

  
  


• 
  

  At least 2 Years of Experience supporting 5G initiatives in the DoD Environment 

  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with DISA and their Mission
