Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a Full-Time Continuous Improvement Manager to add to our team of professionals. This position will manage continuous improvement efforts for the organization through collaboration with the leadership team and lead improvement efforts in timely manner.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Evaluate organizational programs’ quality and system efficiency; create strategies for improvement
Coordinate with Leadership Team to develop improvement strategies and assure implementation success.
Work closely with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Prepare and conduct monitoring efforts to create accurate performance reports.
Lead Process Improvement Projects and facilitate related training
Chair the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee at least monthly, with monthly reports to the Quality Improvement Committee
Support organizational training and development efforts
Communicate and influence need for change to improve clinical and business performance
Translate strategy into ideas and actions
Coordinate and lead process reviews in a variety of programs to assist with providing direction; develop and implement action plans to address identified inefficiencies and gaps.
Establish norms and standards of company performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, business administration, process management, or operations; Master in Health Administration or Business Administration preferred.
Five years experience of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in process improvement
Advanced Microsoft Office suite competencies are required.
Must have good communication and organizational skills.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
