The operations coordinator is the heartbeat of the office and helps to ensure that we are all moving in the right direction!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a team player and can effectively work cross-functionally with our technicians, our sales reps, office staff and the Operations Manager.

We need that person that is on their game in terms of scheduling service appointments and installations and ensuring that the right technician is on the right job, and they are prepared to be successful on their customer visit.

We need that person that will treat our customers like they are everything, because to us, they are!

We need a person that behaves professionally, gets things done, communicates well, listens and solves problems!

Candidates that have prior experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, dispatcher roles are encouraged to apply.  Technical troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.

What you will do:


  • Schedule service appointments with customers in order to maintain efficiency, proper routing, minimal overtime.

  • Schedule installations and ensure that work packets are ready and that techs have all they need.

  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure necessary parts are available in order to maintain appropriate service levels and installations.

  • Manage and document technician certifications and training.

  • Manage service billing.

  • Schedule vehicle repairs

  • Report safety issues and complete quarterly safety reports

  • Manage technician schedules throughout the day.

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.

  • Communicate effectively with sales reps in regard to when jobs are scheduled, etc.

What you will need:




    • Superior verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent customer service skills required; Minimum of 2 years office setting customer service experience.

    • Above average computer skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.

    • Must be able to navigate within multiple systems while speaking with customers.

    • Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
