Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Specialist will have the opportunity to work on projects that change the way we
work - driving sales productivity and customer engagement. This role is preferably located in the
Nashville Hub Office (Franklin, TN).

Key Responsibilities

Enable the commercial organization to think differently about how they work through education,
experience, exposure, curated programs, content, and digital tools. Discover new ways to use old tools
and/or introduce new tools to increase efficiency, productivity and access to information; essentially
working smarter, not harder. This role will work with the NAM Secure Power organization, Global teams
and across the Schneider organization to achieve team goals.

• Support the Sales Development Program (SDP) and New Hire Boot Camp (NHBC) program
planning and execution
• Program and project manage targeted internal channel sales enablement initiatives (beyond
SDP) collaborating with the Channel Sales organization
• Program and project manage targeted mid-market team enablement initiatives collaborating
with Segment Director and mid-market sales managers
• Uncover new areas of enablement support opportunities
• KPI development, tracking, measurement and reporting for enablement programs to drive
informed decisions around continuous improvement
• Support enablement events e.g., the Sales Kick Off, local Hub events


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

    • 3+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager / Lead or related experience

    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high priority projects at once

    • Ability to work in a global organization and with cross-discipline teams

    • Ability to embrace ambiguity and drive action

Technical Skills: Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Apps & Power Automate, Different internal SE platforms
