Intertek Caleb Brett is leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide and experts in qualitative and quantitative analytical assessment services to the oil and gas, chemical, and other commodities markets. With international 24/7/365 service and coordination coverage, we treat each cargo as if it were our own.

Lab Supervisor

What you'll do:

• The Lab Supervisor will oversee Quality Management, Health, Safety,
• Test properties and certify jet fuel for airline and other aviation entities.
  Environmental Compliance, Legal and Ethical Compliance, and Training
• Renders to clients an accurate, rapid, and efficient testing service of
  indisputable integrity
• Ensures that adequate equipment and staff are available for all jobs
• Collaborates with the Branch Manager, manages laboratory employee(s)
  performance and maintains an effective work group.
• Seeks new business and is a positive representative to clients
• Ensure that the laboratory contributes to a fair and reasonable profit for
  the Branch.

What it takes to be successful in this role:

• Degree in Chemistry is preferred, but not required.
• 3 years + laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
• Self-Starter with Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal, Time Management, and Selling Skills
• Jet Fuel Experience is preferred
