The Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for optimizing the performance of current and new HR systems.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and support requests from all areas of HR including Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development. Partner with IT to develop system solutions, automation, integration, dashboards & reporting to meet business needs.
Subject matter expert oversees HR data integrity, day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, testing of system configuration, creating training materials and supporting cyclical HR activities such as merit planning, performance reviews and open enrollment.
This is a Hybrid position where you will work 3 days/week in our Irvine Administrative office and 2 days/week from your home office.
Responsibilities:
Monitor HR system functionality and identify opportunities for improvements.
Leverage technology and partner with IT to develop and implement HR system solutions to increase efficiency and automation.
Consult with HR leaders to determine HR system requirements and translate user needs into clear requirements.
Partner with HR and IT to maintain and improve HR dashboards, visualization tools and meaningful reporting.
Support the business with cyclical business activities such as performance management and compensation programs.
Serve as a key resource in implementing new HR technology.
Provide required reporting to governmental agencies.
Document processes, create training materials and provide technical support to end users.
Perform audits on HR processes, data and documents as needed.
Education:
BS/BA Degree in applicable field.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience supporting a large-scale HRIS platform.
Experience functioning in a complex and fast paced organization.
