We are actively seeking a Senior International Recruiter - Remote to be based in our home office in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will serve in a critical role as part of a dynamic team ensuring the best possible talent is hired through a variety of sourcing resources, existing networks, and proven processes and practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively source candidates, build and maintain a pipeline of talented professionals, and promote Tetra Tech to target potential new hires.
Develop processes for both domestic and international recruitment efforts for both active positions and proposal efforts.
Create job announcements, screen and interview candidates, and work with candidates once selected for hire.
Develop new and creative strategies for improving current recruiting plans, sourcing strategies, and resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 6 years experience in full-life cycle recruitment in quick turn-around environment.
Prior experience recruiting for professionals for international assignments, Information Technology (IT), Engineering/Construction, Law Enforcement, Justice, Security, Stabilization, and/or Munitions sectors preferred.
Prior experience recruiting for positions requiring security clearances strongly preferred.
Applicant management tracking system experience required, Taleo is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities in order to serve multiple internal customers.
Must be able to work efficiently and rapidly and possess the ability to change direction to meet quick turn-around deliverables.
Ability to act as a change agent, adjusting to changing business needs.
Ability to create strong positive working relationships.
Proven record of sourcing and placing cleared candidates in overseas assignments.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Team orientation a must.
