The EPS Manager plays a key role in leading a team in the maintenance, delivery and the management of changes to engineering data for the organization. Responsible for the administration of the PLM system and processes surrounding PLM-related data.

What You'll Be Doing



  • Develop and maintain KPIs related to executing upon engineering data and changes to that data.

  • Maintaining an effective engineering system that support BOMs, drawings, models and configuration information.

  • Own the resolution of issues that pertain to effective engineering data management.

  • Effectively manage the product change system, product configurators and other systems that support new product introduction, product line extensions and product engineering changes.

  • Lead project team meetings with clear meeting goals and expectations.

  • Effectively manage the PLM and other subsequent systems that are used to manage our engineering data

  • Develop proposals and deliver presentations for MMI project approvals when required.

  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team to achieve improvements in overall data management processes.

  • Train, mentor, or coach peers for their professional development.

  • Manage performance of direct reports as needed.

  • Consistently models the Company Values and Expected Behaviors.

  • Provide innovative solutions to projects.

  • Own the resolution of issues related to the management of engineering data management

  • Work with outside suppliers and/or consultants that maybe under contract to support any PLM initiatives.

  • Work with all levels of engineering and other business units.

  • Consistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviors.

  • Other duties as assigned.




What We're Looking For



  • B.S. degree in engineering, quality or organizational management or 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of engineering operations and systems experience.

  • 5+ years of management experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Experience and knowledge of wide variety of Computer Aided Engineering Tools and PDM systems.

  • Strong skills in the use and development of Teamcenter in a engineering/manufacturing organization

  • Proven project track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and meeting or exceeding expectations.

  • Demonstrated abilities to motivate teams and delegate tasks

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel and work with outside project team members or businesses
