Company Summary:

Front Range Stone, a Division of Patrick Industries, serves the entire state and is one of Colorado’s largest and most established custom countertop and commercial surface fabricators offering a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate.

Position Summary:

The Installation Coordinator is responsible to schedule all installations and services. Installation coordinator ensures all information for installations (pictures, documents, notes, etc) is uploaded promptly and accurately.

Installation Coordinator Responsiblities:

• Route Installation/Services to Installation Crews daily as well as maintain future schedule.


• Ensures Installation Crews Complete their jobs on schedule.


• Notifies of any late arrivals or missed appointments.


• Responsible to confirm all installations from previous day completed to standard.


• Review all pictures and documents attached by Installation Crews daily.


• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.

Experience:

• 1-2 years Customer Service experience


• Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills


• Ability to prioritize


• Ability to request assistance as needed

Installation Coordinator Job Type:

Full time

Great schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm (subject to change)

Installation Coordinator Pay:

$21.00-$24.00 per hour
