The Director Radiation Oncology Services will play an integral role not only in the service line, but within the organization as a whole.

Working together in effective collaboration with the Medical Director, the Hospital Radiation Oncology Director will provide administrative oversight, leadership, and management of all daily operations of the Cancer Center. The Director Radiation Oncology Services will oversee all RN staff, technologists, physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff, ensuring delivery of high quality patient care. The Director will become responsible for management of budgeting, service line growth and expansion, fundraising activities, as well as quality, patient safety, and risk management activities. The Radiation Oncology Director will work together with hospital administrative leadership to effectively carry out the organization’s Oncology Services Program.

Requirements for this role include:

• Radiation Oncology experience


• Master’s Degree in healthcare-related field or Business Administration


• Previous related healthcare leadership experience
