This Nurse Manager will be accountable for driving communication and relationships across nursing teams in various hospital departments. This nursing leader will be responsible for assisting with staffing, productivity, resource management, patient throughput, and performance improvement initiatives.  Responsibilities also include hiring, staff orientation, and staff education. 

This nurse leader must hold an active CT RN license, and have a clinical Medical/Surgical or Float Pool background, with previous leadership experience.
