As the Director, Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and executing our digital strategy to maximize online sales growth and enhance our overall digital presence. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Service, to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen our competitive position in the digital marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.


• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through various digital channels, including ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and social media.


• Oversee the development and management of our ecommerce platform, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from browsing to checkout.


• Optimize conversion rates, increase online sales, and identify areas for improvement in the ecommerce process.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product catalog management, pricing strategies, and inventory management systems.


• Partner with marketing to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities.


• Identify and implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience on our digital platforms.


• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, prompt resolution of customer issues, and high customer satisfaction levels.


• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of ecommerce and digital initiatives.


• Regularly analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance, enhance user experience, and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


• Proven experience (at least 10 years) in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within a manufacturing or retail environment.


• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies including Salesforce Communities.


• Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging insights to make informed decisions.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
