Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives and the priorities of the business. The primary function is to coordinate and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness, as well as support day-to-day business needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to take a project from conception to completion.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns
Coordinates design and production of marketing projects, such as email campaigns, signage, print ads, flyers, brochures, etc.
Works with marketing managers and business stakeholders to create and update marketing materials, tailored for different target audiences and marketing channels
Tracks action items and deliverables for each project while communicating with the marketing managers and business stakeholders
Ability to brief agencies when applicable by writing creative briefs and project managing the creative/concepts
Organizes and maintains an inventory and directory of sales support materials, photos, and videos, ensuring all resources are accurate and current
Other ad-hoc projects
Skills/Knowledge
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Two to three years of experience in marketing
Detail oriented and organized
Must be a team player
Strong communication and writing skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
