Position Overview
This position is responsible for the overall health of Stoneco customers Inside sales. The position oversees the daily schedule and inside sales. Will working closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer base.
Manage low volume accounts
Prospect from existing customer base
Materials quote to general public.
Customer service:
Assist full time sales and administrative.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
Must be willing to answer calls after hours and weekends when necessary.
Printing tickets, basic paperwork maintaining and keep basic records.
Ability to take detailed messages and effectively pass along information.
Other Responsibilities
Demonstrate ability to problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.
Present root cause solutions for basic reoccurring issues to senior sales members and manager.
Ability to learn asphalt terminology.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge and experience in the following.
Computer Experience:
MS Office Suite
Understand Quickbase Software.
Pointe of Sale JWS
Salesforce
Experience in material sales preffered.
Strong people and communication skills
Proficient in mathematical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Work will be performed in an office setting (90%) and outside of the office (10%). Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, twisting.
Work Environment
This position is a self-led position in which the individual will interact with customers, scales, sales, and other clerical positions in an office environment. Customer visits and working outside of the office will be required at times.
