Responsibilities



Cardiologist - Non-Invasive


Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist. This is a full-time opportunity at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, located approximately 25 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta, GA.


Special interest in Cardiology Critical Care is preferred. This opportunity would allow the candidate to further develop and expand our cardiac critical care program. Our coronary care unit is a regional referral center for critically-ill cardiac patients requiring advanced therapeutic modalities. We have a well-established multidisciplinary rounding program with opportunities for teaching our internal medicine and family practice residents. Our established research program offers numerous opportunities for investigator-initiated research and for collaboration with major academic centers.


The Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care is the largest and most comprehensive provider of cardiovascular services in northwest Georgia. The Center includes 9 hospitals and 26 office locations throughout metro Atlanta. Our 90+ physicians and 85+ APPs provide care for the entire spectrum of cardiac patients (surgery, structural heart, advanced heart failure, EP, advanced imaging, complex intervention, ECMO, and research).
