Position Summary: The Work Management Technician will work with one of our major customers through the implementation of a work management system. The Work Management Technician provides customer and company relational support; along with, facilitating support to the organization. This position’s focus areas are billing, reporting, and other day to day office operations are organized and functional. Work Management Technicians often have backgrounds in business, systems, leadership, human resources, development, and education.
Company Overview:
Pike was founded in 1945 as Floyd S. Pike Electrical Contractors. Duke Energy was Pike’s first customer, and remains one of the Company’s largest customers today. Pike provides engineering, construction and maintenance for distribution and transmission powerlines, substations, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, as well as renewable energy projects.
